This Cilantro Lime vinaigrette is an easy Tex-Mex inspired salad dressing recipe that can be made in under 2 minutes. My family loves anything Mexican inspired.  Whether it's enchiladas (these are our favorite) or Mexican Street Corn (check out my salad version here), we love the bold flavors. A while back we were eating at our
