We love twice baked potatoes. There is so much you can do with them. You can add lots of different veggies and cheeses, too. Plus, theyâre extra easy because you can make them the night before and just pop them on your Louisiana Grill/Smoker whenever youâre ready. Patti made these with a St. Patrickâs Day twist. A traditional recipe would be Colcannon which is usually mashed potatoes with added cabbage. We think Irish Twice Baked Potatoes may be a bit more interesting.
