Mama’s Meaty Manicotti is a home-style baked Italian favorite with homemade garlic-onion marinara sauce and stuffed with fresh herbs and 3 gooey cheeses. It seems like yesterday that my neighbor, Mama Romano (as she liked to be called) was in her kitchen making Mama’s Meaty Manicotti for a huge group of hungry family and friends.
