Recipe: Hummus Author: Bhavani Jaroff Ingredients 1 can chickpeas 6 Tbs. water 1/2 cup Tahini 4 teaspoons lemon juice 1 Tbs. chopped garlic 1 Tbs. cumin 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil 1 teaspoon Tamari parsley or cilantro Instructions In a food processor, pulse chickpeas until blended Add water, and puree until smooth.
