Yeah yeah I know, kale is good for you.  But the truth is that it can be tough going at times!!! I am part of an AMAZING fruit and veg co-op but after 8 weeks of 2 bunches of kale p/w I am pretty out of ideas.  BUT I hateadawaste.  So I keep cooking it.
