Avocado Tomato and Corn Salad   This is my go to,  super quick,  summer salad.  I make it for summer gatherings and serve it with corn tortilla chips.  It's always a great hit with the family.  Try  it out and soon you'll make it for every party too. Ingredients: 1 ear of corn 1/2 pint
