Filet Mignon is one of the classiest cuts of meat you’ll find.  It’s renowned for its smooth texture, gentle quality, and fantastic overall flavor.  My favorite steak by far.  I can’t tell you how many times I’ve closed my eyes every time I take a bite of quality filet mignon.  It serves beautifully with garlic mashed
