Sophie made a batch of these Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies on the weekend and they were gooooood.   I think it's safe to say they're not Food Nazi approved, so I only had one (we'll pretend it was a low fat, no carb, sugar free cup of tea and that should keep her happy) but OMG
