Mediterranean Halibut Halibut is a very mild, flaky tender white fish.  We are lucky that we live in the Halibut Capital of the World!   Yes Homer, Alaska is known for it's Halibut.  My husband spends about as much time out in his boat fishing for Halibut and Salmon as he does working!   So
