I had a heyday photographing this fruit.  I may be addicted to....... ......photographing apples now?  This literally was one of the coolest photo shoots ever, and was also one of the most enlightening.  This is an exciting recipe to share with you today.  As most of you do not know, I am a horrible pie baker.
