Pinatisang Manok is a Filipino dish that I consider a comfort food. Growing up, my mom and aunt would make us a similar dish called pinatisang pata (pork hock). The Filipino word “pinatisan” means to be “flavored with fish sauce” and you can definitely taste it. I am glad that I am able to make
