Aloha Pork Burgers were a huge hit when Patti’s good buddy Harriett came for dinner. We wanted a big, juicy burger, but different. Ken had our favorite butcher slice a boneless pork loin into ¼ “slices. Our local oriental market had the sweet chili sauce that made a simple and quick marinade. To serve we stacked the smoky pork slices up on a bun, garnished them with grilled pineapple slices, tomatoes and red onion and drizzled them with sweet and sour sauce. Too easy and Crazy Good!!! We did a “Kiss of Smoke” with Mountain Maple pellets in our smoke tube.
