Therefore, Leftover Turkey Vegetable Soup.  Mary Jo made wonderful turkey stock from the carcass.  Mary Jo also made some delicious honey whole wheat bread to sop up the juices.  It is winter.  Bacon! Yep, I actually made leftover turkey vegetable soup
