Texas Mustard Glazed Ham we had an 11lb. Zaycon Foods ham “just” a lean delicious ham… No bones, added water, chemicals or fillers, no gluten or MSG. The mustard glaze was Brigg’s True Texas Mustard sauce. We slow smoked it for 2 hours with Pacific Pellet Mountain Maple and added a “Kiss of Smoke” with a smoke tube packed with some “Northwest Apple” pellets. To Easy, with just two ingredients, ham and mustard sauce for a friend who thinks our recipes are too involved; this one has just two ingredients. But, oh so good!
