I'd bet you are familiar with takeout containers of Ham Fried Rice, and while that stuff is pretty good, this is 500% better. Maybe I just feel this way cause we didn't eat a lot of Chinese takeout growing up, but this has been one of my favorite meals for many many years! My mom would
