It amazes me every time I see a Muffin Mix in the store. Their seems to be no sense why you would use a packaged mix when it is so easy to create them from scratch. This Simple Blueberry Muffin Recipe is tops. Very easy to make and is rich and delicious with Blueberry flavor.
