10-15 minutes It's bruschetta...  It's crostini...  Bruschetta, crostini.  It's bruschetta AND crostini!  Bruschetta is one of my favorite appetizers to prepare because it's so versatile.  It comes from an Italian word meaning to roast over coals.  It is typically prepared from a wide rustic loaf of bread that is toasted with olive oil.  Despite many
