Sugar Cranberries
Overnight preparation: ½ cup fresh cranberries (I buy several bags during the holiday season and freeze them as they are hard to find after the holidays.) ½ cup sugar ½ cup water In a sauce pan, heat water and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add cranberries. Let sit for 5 minutes. Transfer liquid and cranberries into a jar or a bowl, cover that refrigerate over night.
