In small bowls, mix about ½ cup water, 1 tsp. vinegar, and 1-2 drops of food coloring Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and set aside in a bowl. To your bowl of yolks, add the mayonnaise, mustard, and sugar and mix well. Set both halves of each egg into each separate bowl of colored water for 20-30 minutes or desired color is reached and remove. Remove halves from bowls of water and place on serving tray. Sprinkle a dash of paprika on each egg. Enjoy!
