I love Chinese food -- sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken and in Springfield, MO there's the amazing cashew chicken.  Over the years, I've made a few dishes using our wok to whip up some healthier options too. Recently I was rummaging through my binder of recipes and found this Pineapple Sweet and Sour Chicken.
