I purchase my coconut cream at Trader Joe's. Most grocers should carry a version of this, but if they do not you can refrigerate full-fat coconut milk for at least 4 hours and scoop the cream that rises to the top. These cherry cola coconut slushies would also be delicious with some booze in them! Add an ounce or two of vodka in the blender along with the cherries and coconut cream. This is best made with very cold cola. Be sure to keep your Zevia refrigerated prior to use.
