The Fourth of July!  Picnics, BBQ’s and fireworks are the order of the day.  This is our version of an old-fashioned Picnic Potato Salad to share in the festivities as America celebrates the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776.    Everybody has their own special recipe for their favorite potato salad
