Mooncake Festival falls on 30th September this year and it is only about 4 weeks away. As the weather has been very hot and humid in the past weeks, why not make some jelly mooncakes to beat the heat. After making the Kiwi Popsicles, I continue to use the remaining kiwifruits to make jelly mooncakes
