I love a good homemade ice cream. It's the perfect treat on a hot summer day! For the 4th of July, I made some for our BBQ. My family loves Oreo and I saw this recipe on Pinching Your Pennies. Not only does it involves Oreos, but the ice cream is chocolate. It was delicious.
