Vegetable Spring Rolls
You can get creative on filling ingredients here – we’ve provided some ideas below. Rolling the rolls takes practice, but don’t worry – you’ll get the hang of it! It may be difficult to make uniform rolls your first time, but don’t give up! We suggest using Thai basil in this recipe if you can find it, as it adds an authentic flavor. The sauce below is fairly authentic for Cambodia; to be completely authentic, make the dipping sauce with fish sauce. We’ve found that our tastebuds aren’t quite ready for full-on fish sauce, so we’ve substituted soy sauce instead.
