These baked brie roll ups are extra easy! We use store-bought crescent dough then fill it with creamy brie cheese, roll them up then top with crunchy pecans and a little salt. Plus, they bake up in no time. Feel free to substitute cheddar (or other favorite cheese) for the brie cheese.

When rolling these up, try your best to close the ends so no brie spills out during baking. If, after baking, some brie still spills out, leave the roll ups on the baking sheet for a few minutes so they cool slightly, and then scrape the brie that has escaped and tuck it under each roll up.
