Motts Morning Glory Bread or Muffins Motts Morning Glory Bread or Muffins is made with Motts Applesauce. I found this recipe years ago on the back of a jar of Motts Applesauce. It is loaded with chunky applesauce, shredded carrots, dried cranberries, crushed pineapple and shredded coconut, making this bread super moist and delicious. Jumbo muffins made with this batter would be fantastic too. Breakfast made easy.   Make Muffins I can’t say enough about this recipe. The batter is fantastic. After I made a loaf of bread and my hubby and I polished it off, I immediately got out my jumbo size muffin tin and made a batch of jumbo muffins. I’ll admit, I preferred the jumbo muffins verses the bread. The jumbo muffins made for a super delicious, grab n’ go breakfast. Breakfast made easy!
