The pomelo smoothie makes a great vegan & gluten-free breakfast smoothie bowl. You can of course adjust the ingredients if you can't get them in your place. Sapote, passion fruit and coconut grow naturally and are organic produce from the my garden, therefore I chose this smoothie combination and because it tastes insanely addictive!. You could also use other fruits such as banana, mango, papaya, just to name a few.
