Clear Soup Recipe - Vegetable consommé

Cut your veggies in chunk, that will sae you time and you don't need to cut them small as you will need to strain the soup from all the ingredients to turn it into a proper clear soup. Don't cover your pot while cooking and do not stir all too often as this would create more impurities and we want to avoid that completely. Make sure to strain the soup with a muslin/cheese cloth before serving it plainly or with some kind of a dumpling. (See serving suggestions below!)
