Well, it's Monday. Again. I can never seem to slow my weekends enough to feel like I actually had a weekend. I was able to spend this weekend on a little 'cheese-cation' with a group sponsored by the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board. We toured, we ate, we ate some more. But more about that later
