Chocolate Spritz cookies are easy to prepare from scratch, taste great and are presentable. They make a perfect cookie treat for the festivities with the melting on the tongue moment of the short crust chocolate pastry. Make sure to get a cookie Press or a Piping bag with a nozzle (see in post for nozzle choice) to make these classic cookies.
