My husband's favorite thing is pineapple and I love salmon so why not put the two together!  Luckily for us, we're in Hawaii where pineapples and the Dole Plantation are all around us.  When my husband took his first bite of this he said "Amazingly Good."  Music to my ears as nothing makes me happier
