In our house Summers are synonymous with Greek salads.  My hubby and I honeymooned in Greece and Greek salads have been a part of our summers ever since.  The salads in Greece are out of this world. They were served with an abundance of fresh, ripe tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, sweet red onions, fresh basil and oregano.
