Wow, looks like I'm snowed in today ... but I got the perfect soup for the occasion. You can throw this together in minutes yet it's sooo flavorful and satisfying. It's vegetarian, but it would also be great with added sausage, ground beef, chicken, whatever. The trick here is combining some already really good stuff
