1 cup Polenta 3½ cups Water 1 Cup Organic whole milk 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 bunch Swiss chard, or other leafy green, chopped 2 shallots, sliced thin 1 can organic white beans, drained and rinsed Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
