This cocktail or mocktail gives me all the tropical feelings. I have used frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, cream of coconut,lime and some ice. The important ingredient is cream of coconut, this is what will really give you that amazing authentic Pina Colada flavor.  The rims of the glasses are dipped in Mexican chili lime seasoning
