Kerala style thoran or stir fry with coconut with mixed greens... As the splendid summer season draws to a close, I'm harvesting the final remnants of greens from my vegetable garden. Today, I picked beet leaves, swiss chard & kale, it's an absolute joy to be able to pick fresh organic greens & veggies from
