I think these are probably my favorite out of the Halloween cupcake trio.  The hats are fun because the Bugles are funky shaped and give the "witchy" feel.  There was chocolate all over my fingers - perfect for licking off, can't lose good chocolate to soap and water.  {Yes, I washed my hands afterwards.}
