This is such a fun and easy dessert. Once you have the method down you can absolutely change the flavor of the jelly and the flavor of the Crème Fraîche to suit your mood. Just use different juices for the jelly and different kinds of syrups for the toppings (syrups made for adding to coffee or drizzling on ice cream will work).
