I had never made a Swedish meatball in my life until last March, and I love Swedish meatballs! Typically a very simple yet amazingly flavorful meatball mixture is made using pork and beef, all spice, and onion. The meatballs are cooked in the oven then simmered in a beefy gravy. For some reason I was
