It took three darn batches… But it was so worth it! There wasn’t anything particularly wrong with the flavour of batches one and two…the first were just too moist, falling apart and fudgy, the second were far too dry. The third was positively beautifully! Just dense enough, lightly sticky and sweet but not overly so,
