Until recently I never realized just how easy Lemon Squares were to make. I'm talking ridiculously easy folks. I always assumed the shortbread bottom would be a hassle followed by an even more hassling lemon curd or something. Wrong, wrong, wrong. Jon recently asked me to make a couple dozen lemon squares for a party
