The important point to make soft meatball is add them at the end of braising and cook on low heat. The meat will be cooked through easily and will continue to cook even after you turn off the heat. The bread crumb will increase softness of meatball. Replace it with a teaspoon of cornstarch if you don’t have bread crumb.
