Sometimes a simple sandwich is all we need. And a pretty sandwich makes it that much more satisfying! There is something about brie cheese that makes me feel like I'm in France or something. ha! I wish. It's just not a typical cheese that I eat weekly or monthly so this sandwich was a treat
