These Glazed Cake Donut Holes are baked, not fried! You will need a donut hole pan. You can find one on Amazon here.  If you don't have one you can use a mini cupcake pan, but they won't turn out round (and you may have to adjust the time). This donut recipe doesn't use yeast.
