Now that more and more companies are making deli meats without sodium nitrates, I can occasionally enjoy a sandwich like this delicious version of a Monte Cristo.  Deli meats are still "sometimes foods" because they are still pretty high in sodium.  But every once in a while, there's no real harm. If you are not
