I am in Atlanta this week. When I left Virgin Gorda, where we live, on Thursday, it was 81 degrees. When I made it to Atlanta, 8 hours later, I was welcomed with the freezing temperature of 18 Degrees. To say the least, that kind of a temperature difference is really hard on the body.
