Slow Cooker Vegetarian Lasagne I always find following instructions for layering lasagne bewildering.  Is it just me?  Anyhow, I tend to like at least 3 layers to my lasagne so just bear this in mind when assembling it.  This vegetarian lasagne was a huge hit in our house and I'll definitely be having it again.
