I love quick cake mix desserts, hello cake mix cookies!  And one of my oldie but a goody favorite easy recipes is a box of yellow cake mix and a can of pumpkin for a hearty yet easy muffin...they freeze well too! Well,  I was surfing Pinterest one night (you can follow me here!) and
