It's become a tradition in our family that every Birthday, Father's Day and Christmas, someone gives dad peanut brittle. He loves it. Usually, said peanut brittle comes from the home of dad delights - Darrel Lea. This year, being the kitchen explorer I am, I thought I would have a go at making it myself.
